PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Technical Due Diligence: Assessing all on-site factors before project launch

CONSTRUCTION
SAPL does not take up labour-only contracts.
- Pure Construction Contracts: SAPL handles civil construction (RCC, brick/blockwork, plaster), while the client manages other subcontractors (MEP, façade, etc.)
- Turnkey Construction Contracts: SAPL oversees the full scope of on-site work—appointing and managing all vendors—until project handover (excluding PMC services).
