It shows up in the people we invest in; the communities we help strengthen and the environment we work to protect. That belief is what our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility is built on. We act on it consistently, because a society that is inclusive, sustainable and balanced is not shaped by a single gesture.
Environmental Commitment:
Mumbai's ecology is unique and it is fragile. Protecting it while we grow is a duty we accept, not a constraint we work around. Sustainable development therefore sits at the center of how we plan and execute every project.

- Achieving a LEED Platinum rating for the Satellite Gazebo commercial project.

Safety & Staff Development
Our people are our strength. Their well-being and their growth are what we build these practices around:
- Handling and disposing of construction material safely and carefully.
- Running safety training sessions on a regular schedule.
- Implementing structured staff development programs.
- Carrying out routine checks on every piece of safety equipment.

Satellite Foundation
India’s growth over recent decades has been remarkable. Poverty, all the same, remains a serious challenge. We established the Satellite Foundation to address it and it serves as our philanthropic arm.
Mrs. Kalpana Pankaj Shah leads the foundation and its work goes after poverty at the roots rather than the surface. The focus is on children from low-income communities: access to education first and the better opportunities that follow from it. Support a child’s growth early enough and the change tends to last, which is the point of doing it this way. The future starts to look different for a whole family, not just for one student.
